Requirements

  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a significant portion in a senior role
  • Experience working in corporate or consulting environments, preferably within tech or SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of leading front-end projects and delivering high-quality products
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js using Typescript
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with pre-processors like SASS or LESS, and CSS-in-JS libraries such as styled-components or similar frameworks
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Implement front-end components using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into interactive and functional user experiences
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any issues that arise
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the front-end team
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge

Preferred Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in sustainability, nature, and a deep passion for our mission
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and how front-end integrates with them
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
  • Experience in the Climate Tech or environmental industry
  • Experience in maintaining a design system and working with UI libraries such as Ant Design or similar
