Senior Front-End Developer

Summary

Join GlobalPassport™, a company building a platform for international mobility, as a Frontend Engineer. You will be part of an eight-person team based in Brazil and Argentina, owning the frontend experience of platform modules. Key responsibilities include feature implementation, building reusable UI components, ensuring responsive design, data visualization, collaboration with backend developers and designers, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Recharts or similar tools. Requirements

• React (with TypeScript)
• Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui for component styling
• Experience with Recharts or similar visualization tools
• Unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
• GitHub/GitHub Actions
• Comfortable working with CI pipelines and staging environments
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data security
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Experience building user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
• Commitment to writing well-tested, production-ready code
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

Responsibilities

• Feature Implementation: Bring complex workflows to life, including our Profile Builder, Application Manager, and Mobility Score dashboards
• Component Systems: Build and maintain reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
• Responsive Design: Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, with an emphasis on accessibility
• Data Visualization: Integrate Recharts or similar libraries to visualize mobility assets, citizenship timelines, and user progress
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and product designers to turn specs into pixel-perfect features
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor frontend performance, implement lazy loading, and optimize bundle sizes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building customer-facing dashboards or productivity tools
• Background in global mobility, fintech, or regulated data apps
• Understanding of accessibility best practices (ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, etc.)
• Familiarity with Clerk or similar auth providers is a plus
• Experience with AI-powered tools, such as recommendation engines or chatbots, is a plus
