Requirements
- Demonstrated years of experience in front-end web development with an extensive background in HTML, CSS, Javascript, accessibility, and web performance in a SaaS company
- Strong communication skills , with the ability to collaborate with both non-technical and technical team members

Responsibilities
- Develop tools, frameworks, and workflows that reduce manual processes, enhance data accessibility, and enable data-driven decision-making
- Lead initiatives to research and propose emerging technologies, strengthening our tech stack with a focus on simplicity, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Own multiple stages of a technical project, from scoping to project management, coding, and launch with little oversight from their manager, while providing project updates to stakeholders, teammates, and leadership
- Coach, train, and mentor Level I and Level II Front-End Developers, and provide guidance in their work by holding them accountable to the team's principles and values
- Maintain and contribute to team documentation, and expand the editing capabilities of our content management systems
- Have a deep technical skillset with the ability to find solutions to complex technical problems by looking outside of just coding through it
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and processes, and contribute to the evolution of our codebase to improve team processes and the tech stack
- Participate in design and code reviews, actively contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team, while driving development solutions to have consistent practices and reusable code
- Take ownership of code quality, establishing best practices to maintain high trust in the website across the organization
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and hold them accountable to keep projects on time
