Senior Frontend Developer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Front-End Engineer at Yarta.ai, an AI-powered commodity advisory platform. The role involves working with the product, engineering, and sales/commercial team to build and maintain the platform, particularly focusing on the livestock trading exchange for North American market. Requirements

• Experience in React and Next.js
• Comfortable with new HTML and CSS technologies
• Very good knowledge of REST API’s and JSON data structures
• Have built a platform with a great user experience and performance that is used in production by users/customers before
• Have a very good understanding of user requirements/requests and being able to turn those into features that fit within the vision of the platform
• Writes nice, clean code and can follow a consistent style with our development team
• Have previously used and integrated user-support tools such as Hotjar, and helped non-technical people such as a sales team to use them to drive sales/feature decision

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Engineering & Product teams working on a feature, module designs and visualizations
• Maintaining and delivering on features in a timely manner
• Building new features of the platform while ensuring old features do not break, through testing
• Working primarily on building our livestock trading exchange for some of the biggest players in the North American market
