Requirements
- Empathy, open-mindedness, communication, and debate skills
- Intrinsic drive to create and do, more than just talk
- Strong, proven experience and track record developing complex web-based applications
- Expertise in web technologies, concretely including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Emotion, Next.js
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to decompose complex problems, and calmness in the face of ambiguity
- Deep architectural understanding of web applications, including performance, quality, and security aspects
- Near-perfectionist attention to detail, passion and aspiration for clean code, purposeful software architecture and experience design
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent written and spoken command of English
Responsibilities
- Work on new and existing functionalities of the JXL app
- Collaborate closely with the team
- Brainstorm new ideas and solutions
