Requirements

  • Extensive experience (6+ years) in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React but open to candidates experienced in Angular or Vue.js
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API)
  • Deep understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or Playwright)
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex frontend applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and backend engineering, to create seamless user experiences
  • Drive front-end architectural decisions and best practices, ensuring maintainability and scalability
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and sharing knowledge
  • Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects where relevant
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js)
  • Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Experience with WebAssembly or other emerging web technologies
  • Background in leading technical initiatives or projects
