Requirements
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React but open to candidates experienced in Angular or Vue.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API)
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex frontend applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and backend engineering, to create seamless user experiences
- Drive front-end architectural decisions and best practices, ensuring maintainability and scalability
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and sharing knowledge
- Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects where relevant
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js)
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
