Senior Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Mercury's growing team as a Frontend Engineer to contribute to the development of Mercury Personal, a premium consumer banking service. You will play a key role in building and shipping new features, working closely with designers and product leaders. This position requires 7-10+ years of frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and Redux. The ideal candidate is product-minded, comfortable with ambiguous ownership, and excels at collaboration. Requirements

• Has 7-10+ years of frontend development experience, with knowledge of or excitement to learn React, TypeScript, and Redux
• Is passionately product-minded and has experience building and shipping new products
• Is someone comfortable driving discussions in areas with ambiguous ownership, approaches them with empathy, and delights in getting outcomes
• Empathizes with users and can channel their perspective to build lovable products
• Can balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions to accomplish goals
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional counterparts
• Is ridiculously helpful, taking initiative to make your coworkers’ lives easier
