Senior Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Paddle's Billing group as a Frontend Engineer to create a world-class user experience for customers by working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across teams.

Requirements

• Have strong technical skills with: React, TypeScript, CSS, React Testing Library/Jest, Playwright
• Implemented performant, responsive front-end applications in agile Product teams
• Have substantial experience working closely with product designers during discovery and implementation phases of projects
• Have a strong understanding of the development process from design through to deployment and maintenance and what that means for day-to-day development
• Have worked with AWS & Terraform or other cloud services & infrastructure-as-code tools

Responsibilities

• Work on critical frontend applications used by a global network of sellers
• Develop greenfield products and enhance our existing front-end architecture
• Collaborate closely and pair with product designers
• Provide engineering advice for team issues, and be involved in wider technical decisions that positively impact the department and company
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API specifications and integration
• Improve the seller & customer experience in gradual, frequent iterations
