Requirements

  • At least 5 years of frontend development experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React
  • Expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
  • Experience in developing responsive, accessible web applications and integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and frontend security best practices
  • Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices and automation tools such as GitHub Actions
  • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies like TDD, BDD, and mocking
  • Proven ability to make rapid, high-quality decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with remote, global teams and engaging effectively across functions
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with modern frontend engineering trends and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend software applications using best practices, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering strategies while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
  • Implement robust, automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and prioritize rapid feedback loops
  • Work closely with Product, Analysts, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions
  • Establish strong frontend quality and automation practices, participate in agile ceremonies, and promote knowledge-sharing through technical discussions
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers, reviewing frontend designs and strategies while encouraging best practices across the engineering function

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of software design patterns (e.g., SOLID principles, MVC, Flux architecture) and familiarity with both object-oriented and functional programming
