Requirements

• Care deeply about front-end development and writing high-quality, scalable code
• 5+ years of experience in React
• Have strong experience in React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Thrive in highly collaborative engineering teams
• Emphasize transparent and positive communication
• Are passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and enhance the UIs, ensuring a seamless and modern user experience
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in collaboration with the Product team
• Have a high degree of autonomy and influence on the culture and direction of the technical organization
• Contribute to improving front-end engineering standards and processes
• Collaborate with back-end engineers and contribute to the growth of the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and scalable component architecture
• Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices
• Understanding of web performance and interface optimization
• Background in startups or agile environments
• Interest in product design or close collaboration with UX/UI teams
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js , Chart.js )
• Familiarity with Ruby or general back-end integration concepts
