Requirements

• Be expert in React.js, Typescript, React Hooks, Redux, SPA, HTML 5, CSS 3.0, ES6 Javascript, React Unit Testing Frameworks
• Have experience in optimizing React applications, NPM, yarn, CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS), Responsive design principles, grid layouts, REST API, event-driven architecture, solving cross browser / compatibility, optimization and layout issues
• Possess communication skills; must be able to articulate and have a strong technical vocabulary
• Be able to coach the team on software best practices (design, coding, troubleshooting, work breakdown, work estimation, refactor strategies, automated testing, etc.)
• Have strong knowledge in Object-oriented Design and Analysis
• Be able to evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Have strong knowledge of C# .NET and/or Java
• Have strong knowledge of Relational and non-relational DBs
• Have knowledge and experience in Distributed systems, MicroServices, SOA and n-tier architectures
• Have knowledge of REST API, event-driven architecture applications, caching, scaling, security, etc
• Have strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment
• Have strong understanding of best practices within any .Net technology
• Have experience with Parallel Programming / Thread-safe coding
• Have strong knowledge of Managed Memory Architecture / Garbage Collector / Cache Management
• Have strong knowledge of Connection Pool / Data Reader
• Have production experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required and/or years of experience

Responsibilities

• Work with an agile development team that designs, develops and maintains scalable services
• Be responsible for writing technical design specifications
• Recommend and develop an architectural and detailed design that is used by other members of the development teams
• Coach the team on software best practices (design, coding, troubleshooting, work breakdown, work estimation, refactor strategies, automated testing, etc.)
• Work closely with the other teams to optimize system architecture and project efficiency
• Partner with our Product Owner to plan work and prioritization
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
• Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Regular practice of CI/CD
• Support, maintain and document software functionality
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products; create PoCs as necessary to demonstrate new ideas and technologies

• Have a portfolio demonstrating first-hand development experience with complex applications
• Be able to cut through ambiguity and use good organizational skills
• Have a passion for building user-centric solutions
• Have a proven track-record delivering flawless defect free code
• Have demonstrated experience of source control, defect reduction and release management
• Have Full-stack, GraphQL, Apollo, React-based localization frameworks (i18Next, etc.), Micro-frontend architecture, Building component libraries / storybook experience
• Have knowledge of C# .NET, Java, Relational and non-relational DBs, React Native, Node.JS
