Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with .NET and React
• Experience working in a startup environment, with adaptability and initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable in a team-oriented culture
• Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS
• Familiarity with enterprise-level applications, integrations, and configurations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React (TypeScript) and .NET
• Work on system architecture improvements, including modularizing applications into different domains (e.g., payments)
• Optimize UI performance and enhance the user experience for our patient and client-facing apps
• Contribute to the expansion of the platform for enterprise clients (permissions, integrations, configurations)
• Take ownership of projects and work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented culture
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers
