Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience
  • Experience with building a product from the ground up
  • Operated in fast-paced environments with uncertainty, within a growing company
  • Highly organized with a strong commitment to meeting goals
  • Energized by ambiguity and capable of investigating towards possible solutions
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, software development principles, and design patterns
  • Experience collaborating with leadership and peers and bringing conversations to next steps
  • A passion for your craft

Responsibilities

  • Become a key contributor to the system architecture of the product
  • Develop solutions and deliver features iteratively and quickly with user value and quality in mind
  • Work with large datasets and define the data models that will be performant with how customers need to pull data
  • Implement responsive and adaptive solutions to ensure an optimal experience across various devices and platforms
  • Collaborate within your fellow product and design teams to receive feedback, iterate and make your work better. Be there as a thought-partner for others when they need your help
  • Create exceptional user experiences with a commitment to detail and quality
  • Be nimble with the development plan as the team starts to understand the business problem
