Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in backend development (with a strong emphasis on .NET / C#), and backend best practices (DDD, CQRS, clean code, testing)
  • Have experience working with messaging systems or asynchronous communication patterns (e.g. RabbitMq)
  • Have working knowledge of Vue.js, TypeScript, and frontend best practices
  • Have practical experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySql, MSSQL, MongoDB)
  • Are skilled in DevOps principles, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog, ElasticSearch)
  • Have practical experience with AWS (e.g. S3)
  • Are proactive, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of your work
  • Communicate well in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Care about user experience, privacy, and maintainable software design
  • You are open to work with(and learn) other frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable backend systems using .NET (C#), with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and compliance
  • Build user facing interfaces and internal tools using Vue.js and TypeScript when working on full-stack features
  • Design and implement APIs and services, ensuring high availability and robust integration with frontend and partner systems
  • DevOps practices: manage cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS), CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring
  • Ensure top-tier code quality, including clean architecture, strong documentation, and rigorous testing practices
  • Work closely with product and legal teams to support business needs and compliance initiatives
  • Continuously improve the team’s ways of working and technical stack
  • Optionally you can help the team to enhance existing PHP-based applications (Symfony) where needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Are familiar with Vertical Slice Architecture
  • Are comfortable working with or learning Symfony / PHP
  • Have experience in a DevOps culture or have built internal tooling
  • Know Docker and Kubernetes or similar container orchestration tools
  • Have worked in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)
  • Have experience building compliance or privacy-oriented applications
  • Are familiar with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar, and use them to increase development efficiency and code quality
