Summary
Join Workleap's fully remote team as a Senior Full Stack Developer and contribute to the development of our Workleap Performance Management (WPM) platform. You will build and maintain end-to-end features, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers. Your responsibilities include refining requirements, participating in agile development processes, troubleshooting, and incorporating user feedback. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of full-stack development experience with proficiency in React, MongoDB, C#/.NET, and RESTful APIs. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive remote environment, contributing to the growth and success of WPM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack development experience, with strong proficiency in React and MongoBD
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database management, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and testing processes
- Proven experience in developing secure, scalable applications and an understanding of compliance requirements, particularly GDPR
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end features for WPM, contributing to both front-end and back-end components
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to refine requirements and create user-centric, intuitive features
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure efficient development cycles and high-quality output
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability
- Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve features and functionality, contributing to WPMβs mission of data-driven, transparent performance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data analytics or machine learning to support data-driven feature development
- Experience with UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and best practices for handling sensitive data
- Background in performance management or HR tech to better understand and address user needs
