Summary

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*: FSD – Java (min Java11), Spring, Springboot, Microservices, Angular, RxJS, CSS Primary Technology : Java (min Java 11) Javascript: Angular Framework: Springboot, RxJS Other : CSS, Microservices
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies and documentation
  • Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles
  • Proficiency in the English language and good communication skills. Should be able to communicate independently with clients

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
  • Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality
  • Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools
  • Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients
  • Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities
  • Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, and supporting the growth of technical capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines
  • Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
  • Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking and financial background to understand terminology while capturing requirements
  • Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
