Senior Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• Proven technical expertise: 5+ years of backend development with languages like Go, Java, Ruby, C# or Scala
• Deep understanding of web technologies: Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (Typescript or React, GraphQL, Vite, Esbuild)
• Strong architecture skills: Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures
• Passion for performance: Keen awareness of web performance and tooling. You know what metrics matter to ensure users have the highest-quality experience possible and are committed to measuring and mitigating bottlenecks that slow us down
• You are mission-driven and can present your ideas and the team’s vision with clarity
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, including leadership
• A self-starter with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Architecting the future: Help set the technology foundation, to ensure that our technology approach meets short-term agility needs and sets us up to scale long-term
• Designing and implementing core services: Build robust APIs and core backend services to power our applications
• Owning features : Take ownership of features from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborating effectively : Be a contributing team member and help the team achieve their milestones
