Senior Full Stack Engineer

Summary

Join Postman as an experienced engineer to lead the development of new capabilities for the Postman API Network. You will drive both frontend architecture and backend API development, architect and implement scalable systems, mentor engineers, and facilitate communication across teams. This role requires a product-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and experience with React, JavaScript, and Node.js. • Coding experience, with recent examples of contributing significantly to core features in a fast-paced, iterative environment

• Lead the development of new capabilities for the Postman API Network, driving both the frontend architecture and backend API development to improve user experience at scale
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems that enable rapid iteration and experimentation on core product features while maintaining system reliability
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence across the team. Be a role model for the team
• Facilitate clear and effective communication within your team and across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and unblocking any challenges to achieve business goals
