Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in finance or SaaS environments
  • Have deep knowledge of PHP, and ideally experience with modern frameworks like Symfony or Laravel
  • Be experienced in Go and/or React, and enjoy working across the stack
  • Understand finance and accounting processes, such as invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping
  • Take ownership of your work and drive projects forward independently
  • Be proactive in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions
  • Thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly and constructively
  • Speak fluent English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions using PHP, Go, and React
  • Take ownership of features end-to-end β€” from planning and implementation to deployment and monitoring
  • Proactively drive technical decisions to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design to turn complex requirements into user-friendly solutions
  • Build robust systems for finance and accounting workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Help shape a flexible, agnostic architecture for payment transaction handling
  • Contribute to a culture of quality through code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing
