Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Summary

The job is for a technical leader in software development at 3PILLAR GLOBAL in Costa Rica. The role involves providing technical leadership, team coordination, code quality maintenance, architectural design, problem-solving, and addressing complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, Storybook, MonoRepo
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
• Good understanding of SOLID principles
• Fluent in the English language

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the development team
• Guide the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for UI-based projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Enforce coding standards and mentor team members
• Lead the design and development of the software architecture
• Address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues

Preferred Qualifications

Java Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
