Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Summary

The job is for a technical leader in software development at 3PILLAR GLOBAL, based in Mexico. The role involves providing technical leadership, coordinating with cross-functional teams, enforcing coding standards, designing and developing software architecture, and solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, Storybook, MonoRepo
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
• Good understanding of SOLID principles
• Proficiency in the English language

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the development team
• Guide the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for UI-based projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Enforce coding standards, review code, and mentor team members
• Lead the design and development of the software architecture
• Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Experience Desired: Java Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
