Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Strong proficiency in either Rust or Golang, with experience building backend HTTP-based SaaS products
  • Experience with React and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for building high-quality software and solving challenging problems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience writing GraphQL APIs

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack software using either Rust or Golang for the backend, and React for the frontend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues
  • Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools
  • Tier 2 on-call for services that are owned by your team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with gRPC
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Contributions to open-source projects
