Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Summary

The job is for a software engineering role at Truelogic, a nearshore staff augmentation service provider. The candidate will work on optimizing healthcare provider networks and collaborate with other teams. They should have significant experience in Python, Django, and React, be comfortable with agile methodologies, and preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to optimize customer provider networks
• Make impactful decisions on the development of high-quality, maintainable software by applying industry best practices
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team
• Work closely with the data science team to curate detailed and accurate datasets of doctors and their affiliations

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is strongly preferred
• Comfort with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, test-driven development, pair programming)
• Ability to approach problems thoughtfully, emphasizing simplicity in solutions and clarity in technical decision-making and trade-offs
