Senior Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join our multinational team as a Sr. full-stack developer and be instrumental in building our core applications from the ground up. This full-time, 100% remote opportunity offers a chance to shape a product and significantly impact the future of AI-powered fintech. You will work directly with a U.S.-based client through an outsourcing model. The role requires extensive experience in Java/React full-stack development and strong communication skills. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal, offering a competitive monthly rate. The position is exclusively for bilingual candidates located in Latin America.

Requirements

• +5 years of professional experience in Java/React full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry
• Advanced written and spoken English (B2- C1/C2) is a must have
• Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React.js
• Experience with SQL databases
• Understanding RESTful API principles
• Focused on predictive analytics (not web development) , (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib etc.)
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React and Python (Machine learning)
• Partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality
• Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Testing frameworks (JUnit,Mockito)
• CI/CD pipelines
