Senior Fullstack Developer

We expect you to be highly proficient in PHP, Symfony, TypeScript, and React.js or Vue.js, with experience in containerized environments and design patterns. Requirements

• Possess an excellent understanding of the business and a very broad context at a high level of detail
• Excellent ability to translate business goals into IT solutions that are as simple as possible and no more complex than absolutely necessary
• Willingness and perseverance in constantly raising the standards of the team (both in terms of code quality, system architecture, and especially the process)
• Ability to use modern AI tools in programming (such as Cursor / Windsurf, which help create entire functions/modules and not just single methods)
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience working with PHP and Symfony
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience working with TypeScript and React.js or Vue.js
• Knowledge of issues related to the performance and optimization of web applications
• Practical knowledge of the area of containerized environments (Docker)
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY, etc.)
• Fluency in working with version control systems, e.g., Git
• Ownership - independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Accuracy and conscientiousness in work (individually and as a team)
• Fluent Polish language skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of IT solutions from start to finish (IT is not a "silo" in our company)
• Develop web applications (new features, bug fixing, refactoring)
• Participate in the design of the architecture of new solutions and developer infrastructure
• Participate in code review and ensure the quality of the solutions created
• Constantly improve development process standards
• Close cooperation with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs)
• Maintain high programming quality and a high pace of delivered tasks (individually and as a team)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of issues related to application infrastructure in the cloud (e.g., GCP)
• Experience in developing microservice architecture
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests
• Commercial experience with Node.js / Nest.js
