Senior Fullstack Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Fullstack Engineer based in Poland (remote or office in Katowice). The role involves leading technical projects, improving performance and security, and promoting best engineering practices. The employee will support their team, participate in strategic initiatives, and extend their influence to the entire engineering team.

Requirements

• Fluency in Python and (preferably) Django framework
• Thorough knowledge and experience with front-end technologies, like Typescript and preferably React or Vue.js
• Experience with building and maintaining REST APIs
• Ability to perform deep code reviews
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong customer-centric approach

Responsibilities

• Lead our technical approach, work breakdown, execution, and project delivery in the Platform Experience Team
• Tackle strategic initiatives, influence architecture, enhance performance and security, and promote best engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mentoring and coaching engineers
• Experience with data products and its challenges
