Join Contentsquare as a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Applied AI) and contribute to exciting product initiatives leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). You will focus on product development, including early product iteration and user interviews to validate hypotheses. This role involves building foundational software on top of LLMs to reduce time to insight and improve user experience. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of fullstack web application development experience, particularly in a data-related industry, and a strong understanding of LLMs. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment within a distributed team across the US and Europe. Requirements
- Possess 8+ years of fullstack web application development experience
- Have experience in a data-related industry
- Have strong opinions, weakly held about how to evaluate the performance of an LLM-based application
- Have experience bringing an application built on top of LLMs from inception to market
- Be able to iterate/prototype rapidly to answer data-related questions using LLMs (and other ML when appropriate)
- Have awareness of what LLMs are good at, what they’re not good at, and how to navigate this
- Be familiar with various LLM providers and their relative tradeoffs
- Be familiar with a variety of LLM models and their relative tradeoffs
- Have experience with Typescript and various front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using LLMs
- Participate in user interviews to validate product hypotheses
- Build foundational software on top of LLMs to reduce time to insight and improve user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a desire to work in a fast-paced development environment where the customer is in the loop
- Have experience with failing fast and starting over rather than learning too late that the wrong thing has been built
