Senior Fullstack Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Golang, HTML5/CSS3 and RESTful APIs
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.JS
• Experience with database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellence in technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize our marketing technology stack
• Develop and maintain integrations between various MarTech tools
• Implement tracking solutions and create custom applications to automate marketing workflows
• Build data pipelines for marketing analytics to support informed decision-making
• Set up A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration with various services and third-party applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
