Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

This role requires a strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks, as well as experience with multi-agent AI systems and model-serving engines. Additionally, knowledge of advanced protocols like CAG, knowledge graphs, and MCP is highly valued. Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end web applications
• Skilled with modern web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• Integrates AI models into scalable, robust software systems
• Fast prototyping
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Proven experience in deep learning for NLP
• Proficient in generative AI (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG)
• Familiar with services like Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, and Anthropic
• Expert in Python for ML and SQL for managing large datasets
• Experience using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, etc
• Capable of designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems
• Familiar with model-serving engines such as vLLM or ollama
• Experience developing automated and human-in-the-loop testing systems
• Takes initiative to propose solutions to solve real problems and drive innovation
• Keeps up with emerging tools and distinguishes useful technology from hype
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test solutions in different domains using gen ai, agentic, and Copilot tools and approaches
• Help EKA evaluate to better solution
• Improve teams' efficiency via an AI-based solution
• Build the app that will be published in the MS Marketplace
• Other interesting projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAG, knowledge graphs, MCP, A2A, and other related protocols is highly valued
• Having pet projects you can show will be a plus
