Join The Credit Pros as a Senior Full-Stack WordPress Developer in a 100% remote position. You will build complex WordPress sites integrated with Salesforce and other enterprise tools, focusing on clean code and DevOps maturity. The role involves migrating from Elementor to GreenShift, our core front-end framework. Responsibilities include custom WordPress theme and plugin development, Salesforce REST API integrations, and leading DevOps practices. You'll collaborate with a team using Agile methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing. Requirements

• 8+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• Strong portfolio of custom WordPress builds (please include)
• Demonstrated experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce REST APIs
• Expert-level skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Deep familiarity with the WordPress REST API , custom post types, and ACF
• Must-have: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD for WordPress
• Experience with Playwright in Jest for automated testing
• Comfortable with Git, npm, webpack, and modular dev practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Self-starter with an ownership mindset
• Availability during core EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with some flexibility
• High attention to detail, quality-focused
• Comfortable in an Agile team environment

Responsibilities

• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch — no reliance on page builders like Elementor
• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive websites from Figma/Adobe XD designs
• Develop custom post types , taxonomies, and field structures
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Use GreenShift blocks and tools as the core of the on-page stack
• Architect and implement Salesforce REST API integrations (forms, data sync, automation)
• Build and maintain REST API connections to third-party systems
• Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD and testing workflows
• Troubleshoot complex WordPress issues across frontend and backend
• Maintain a high-quality codebase with unit and end-to-end tests using Playwright + Jest
• Collaborate via Confluence , JIRA , and GitHub
• Participate in Agile ceremonies , sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Document technical decisions and maintain repo hygiene
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers
