Remote Senior Fullstack/RoR/React

Summary

Mismo is a staff augmentation company that specializes in filling technical roles for customers and providing high quality remote engineers. They are currently seeking a full-stack developer with 3+ years of experience building web applications using Ruby on Rails, Graphql, React, JS/ES6, HTML/CSS, and HTML. The candidate is expected to write clean, maintainable code, design robust features, contribute in all phases of development, follow best practices, and drive the adoption of new technologies. They must have extensive experience with unit and integration tests, various database systems, and exemplary communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience full-stack development building real-world web applications
• 3+ years recent experience building web applications in Ruby on Rails, Graphql, React, JS/ES6, HTML/CSS, and HTML
• Extensive experience with unit and integration tests
• Experience using various database systems, both in production and warehousing capacities, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redshift
• Exemplary communication skills; able to map problem-solution space and explain possible solutions to non-technical team members
• Experience designing and architecting systems and applications
• Experience with event-driven/message-driven architectures
• Passion for learning new technologies fast
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
