Join Datacom's expanding Dynamics 365 CE team as a Senior Functional Consultant and lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients. You will conduct business analysis, design solutions, facilitate client workshops, and manage a team. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE systems, experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platforms, and a client-facing background. You will configure Dynamics 365 CE products, provide post-implementation support, and mentor junior team members. Requirements

• The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role
• You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platforms is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects
• You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members
