Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and underwriting principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
  • Analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions
  • Manage and oversee the underwriting process for assigned accounts
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Professional designations such as CPCU or AINS
  • Experience with a variety of insurance products and markets
