Senior Global HCM Transformation Specialist

Lead the digital transformation of global HR operations, aligning HCM technologies with business strategy. You will act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT, delivering and optimizing global HCM platforms. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring data integrity and supporting HR analytics. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3–5+ years of experience in HCM system administration or HRIS project roles in a global or complex organization
• Expertise in SAP HCM or comparable platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Solid understanding of global HR processes and HCM system architecture
• Skilled in configuration, interface integration, and process automation
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT to deliver, optimize, and support global HCM platforms (e.g., SAP HCM)
• Lead digitalization efforts for end-to-end HR processes such as Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Talent Management
• Configure systems, manage data workflows, and oversee integrations to ensure operational accuracy and strategic alignment
• Drive global HCM projects including system rollouts, upgrades, data migrations, testing, and go-lives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to solve problems, innovate processes, and ensure exceptional system usability
• Ensure data integrity and support HR analytics, reporting, and compliance initiatives
• Champion change management, user training, and process documentation to maximize adaption of digital HR solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
