Summary

Join KOSTAL Group, a global leader in solar and automotive solutions, as a Senior HCM Transformation Specialist. Lead the digital transformation of global HR operations, aligning HCM technologies with business strategy. You will act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT, delivering and optimizing global HCM platforms. Responsibilities include leading digitalization efforts for end-to-end HR processes, configuring systems, managing data workflows, and driving global HCM projects. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring data integrity and supporting HR analytics. Champion change management and user training to maximize the adoption of digital HR solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 3–5+ years of experience in HCM system administration or HRIS project roles in a global or complex organization
  • Expertise in SAP HCM or comparable platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Solid understanding of global HR processes and HCM system architecture
  • Skilled in configuration, interface integration, and process automation
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT to deliver, optimize, and support global HCM platforms (e.g., SAP HCM)
  • Lead digitalization efforts for end-to-end HR processes such as Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Talent Management
  • Configure systems, manage data workflows, and oversee integrations to ensure operational accuracy and strategic alignment
  • Drive global HCM projects including system rollouts, upgrades, data migrations, testing, and go-lives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to solve problems, innovate processes, and ensure exceptional system usability
  • Ensure data integrity and support HR analytics, reporting, and compliance initiatives
  • Champion change management, user training, and process documentation to maximize adaption of digital HR solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
