Senior Golang Engineer

Requirements

• Be proficient in Go, experienced with gRPC, and capable of writing efficient and robust server-side programs
• Possess strong database design skills and familiarity with common databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of data structures, strong programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices
• Show familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS S3, AWS RDS, and related frameworks and components
• Be proficient in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests
• Possess strong logical thinking, be skilled at analyzing and solving problems, and have good communication abilities
• Demonstrate strong English proficiency and be able to communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team
• Be a Vietnamese citizen or hold a valid work visa for Vietnam
• Work an average of 8 hours a day, allowing for flexibility and autonomy, but allocate time for daily communication and prompt response with the team
• Have fluent English communication skills for interacting with international teams

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient and robust server-side programs using Go and gRPC
• Design and implement robust database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, AWS S3, and AWS RDS in development and deployment
• Employ strong Git commands and GitHub pull request workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with remote work is preferred
• Be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm and 5 am Vietnam Time) or at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time
