Join ZigZag as a Senior Graphic and Web Designer! This role involves shaping and refining a B2B fintech client's brand identity across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and create engaging marketing assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, understands branding principles, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A strong portfolio showcasing brand design expertise is required, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in a B2B, fintech, or tech environment is preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B, fintech, or tech-driven environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, conceptual work, typography, and layout expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong organisational and technical skills to deliver high-quality results
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design or a related field
Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing department to refine our client's brand identity, ensuring cohesive design across all platforms
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines for use across their product ecosystem
- Take projects from concept through research, exploration, and delivery to create seamless and high-impact designs
- Work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and elevate visual storytelling
- Develop engaging digital and print marketing assets, including web pages, eDM banners, social media graphics, reports, and event collateral
- Create sophisticated, high-quality designs that align with B2B, fintech, and strong global brand standards
- Execute finished art production, preparing high-quality files for print and digital use
- Create branded Google Doc templates for internal and external use
- Stay informed on B2B and fintech design trends, incorporating insights into our branding
- Work across multiple projects from concept to completion, managing deadlines while balancing creative input
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership to align visual assets with broader business goals
- Proactively identify and solve design challenges to improve workflows and ensure high-quality outputs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing motion graphics and animations for promotional content and product demos (After Effects or similar)
- Ability to work within HubSpot’s CMS to create web pages that follow existing design principles
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance digital experiences
