Summary

Join Avara, a company building innovative blockchain products, as a Senior Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for various marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current on design trends. The role requires extensive experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, proficiency in design tools, and excellent communication skills. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output. A deep understanding of digital design best practices and a comfort level with the crypto, fintech, and consumer tech ecosystems are also essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-directed, and capable of pushing creative boundaries.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a senior or staff-level graphic designer, with a proven track record across brand, digital, and campaign work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • A portfolio that stands out showcasing sharp layout design, expressive typography, cohesive brand identity, and polished execution across multiple channels
  • Fluency in design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Deep understanding of digital design best practices, from responsive systems and accessibility to performance-optimised creative
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams in a remote-first, cross-functional setting
  • Highly organised and self-directed, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Comfortable navigating crypto, fintech, and consumer tech ecosystems, with a curiosity for emerging trends
  • Impeccable attention to visual detail and design storytelling, with the confidence to push creative boundaries and thoughtfully evolve the brand beyond existing guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute multiple design projects across digital and physical applications, from concept and research to final delivery
  • Craft visually compelling assets across campaign touchpoints: product launches, ads, landing pages, announcements, and social channels
  • Push the boundaries of visual design by experimenting with typography, composition, grid systems, and visual hierarchy to create bold, original work that elevates the Avara brands and products
  • Stay current on visual trends and design best practices in fintech, consumer tech, and Web3
  • Collaborate closely with in-house motion designers and illustrators to bring concepts to life through unified, multi-format storytelling
  • Design and deliver high-performing visuals for product launches, social media, ads, videos, email campaigns, and landing pages and more
  • Translate complex Web3 concepts into engaging visuals—diagrams, infographics, and pitch materials that support storytelling and comprehension
  • Create merch, event visuals, and campaign assets that bring our brands to life IRL from grassroots activations to large scale events
  • Design co-branded assets, pitch decks, and partner-facing materials that support Avara’s Business Development and ecosystem growth efforts
