Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Graphic Design
• A compelling and visually striking portfolio that exhibits a passion for craft and strong ability for conceptual work
• Experience working with external agencies/contractors

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategy for master brand, sports gaming platforms, and titles/formats catering to different sports audiences
• Elevate the brand by creating a distinctive brand voice and visual identity that resonates with target audiences
• Partner closely with marketing and product to inform visual presence across various platforms
• Drive the design process from concept development to hands-on visual design and asset creation
• Partner with the broader marketing team to build out performance-driven advertising campaign programs, up-level product launches, social assets, email design, and website pages
• Create efficiency within design operations, managing the creative backlog and roadmap
• Provide a leading voice in design critiques through thoughtful feedback and strategic insights across product and design teams
• Create the variety of assets that fuel the marketing machine: graphics for social and web presence, email, in-app, marketing materials, and beyond!

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sports or games industries, or a strong personal affinity for sports or gaming
