Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing scaled, cross-functional marketing campaigns—ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong background in demand generation and integrated marketing
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns targeting technical decision-makers across digital, events, email, and content channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Sales to align messaging and drive pipeline outcomes
  • Lead campaign planning and execution using Asana—defining goals, timelines, deliverables, and owning performance optimization
  • Create and refine campaign assets such as email nurtures and webinars tailored to the buyer journey
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Contribute to a high-performing pod structure by facilitating alignment, managing dependencies, and maintaining high execution standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at high-growth tech companies
  • Experience marketing cloud services and/or software solutions
  • Experience marketing towards a technical decision-maker audience
