Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a Senior HR Controller and become part of a small, dedicated HR Controlling team. You will play a key role in forecasting and reporting headcount and workforce costs, while also significantly impacting process improvement and dashboard development through innovative solutions. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate financial closing, forecasting, and planning; calculating and monitoring accruals and provisions; preparing and developing HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports; supporting decision-making through workforce cost modeling and analysis; translating and visualizing data; maintaining and developing planning and reporting systems; ensuring high reporting standards; collaborating with Finance & Controlling and Business teams; and participating in local and international projects. This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or HR, fluency in English, experience in Business Analysis or HR Analytics, strong communication skills, proactivity, and proven advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP, Power BI, SQL, or Power Query is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in Business, Finance, Economics or HR
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Business Analysis or HR Analytics, strong affinity for numbers
  • Strong communication skills to develop good working relationships at all levels of the business
  • Proactivity to seek opportunities to develop processes and procedures
  • Proven track record of very strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate closing, forecasting and planning
  • Calculate and monitor regular accruals and provisions
  • Prepare and develop monthly/quarterly/annual HR dashboards, key performance indicators and reports
  • Support decision making with providing various workforce cost modelling, headcount and cost analyses
  • Translate and visualize figures to support business understanding, maintain and develop planning and reporting system and databases accordingly
  • Ensure highest standard of reporting and data quality
  • Collaborate with Finance & Controlling and Business to ensure that HR Controlling activities have functional integrity & proper controls
  • Participate in local and international projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP, Power BI or other data visualization tool, SQL, Power Query is a great advantage
