Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience being a technical lead for Hubspot CRM (in depth experience in configuring, integrating, maintaining and expanding HubSpot functionality)
- Minimum 2 years of experience being a technical lead for HubSpot CMS (website) and back-end configuration for efficient and templated content creation
- Minimum 1 year of experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce and other tools
- Experience working Marketing Ops& Sales Ops
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with HubL, CSS and HTML
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with SEO, Google Search Console reports, Google Analytics reports, Hubspot SEO reports
- Experience with Hubspot CMS performance best practices, configuration best practices etc
- Ability to leverage HubSpot functionality to create and improve our internal processes
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, by posting updates to tickets, following up on own tasks, communicating roadblocks, being proactive about issues that may prevent the work from being completed
- Able to follow existing process and document steps needed to accomplish the solution
- Adept at understanding internal clients needs and challenging those needs across stakeholdership to identify the most efficient long-term solutions
- Ability to communicate highly effectively in English, both oral and written, with internal stakeholders at multiple levels
- Ability to work in the schedule to align with North American business hours (9-5 EST)
Responsibilities
- Be the leader and primary point of contact for technical configuration of Hubspot (both CRM and CMS)
- Manage the implementation and configuration of HubSpot CRM to enhance sales and marketing effort
- Manage HubSpot CMS to ensure our website is supported and administered correctly
- Provide input in configuring HubSpot to ensure existing and future business needs are accommodated, continuously explore opportunities to improve HubSpot processes and functionalities
- Review error logs, reports, SEO recommendations etc. to ensure the set up of Hubspot is properly maintained and issues addressed promptly
- Maintain data integrity , accuracy, and consistency across the HubSpot platform
- Set up and troubleshoot HubSpot integration with 3rd party apps (Salesforce etc)
- Analyze HubSpot data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to HubSpot users
- Be the go-to source for information on HubSpot functionality
- Be part of Agile implementation process, and track your work in tickets, providing status updates, feedback, and be part of backlog grooming, prioritization and estimation of work
- Collaborate with other members of the Enterprise Data and Apps team and Marketing Ops and Sales Ops teams to provide suggestions for new features implementation, while maintaining performance and stability of the system
Preferred Qualifications
Some experience using Agile methodologies, including working in Sprints, prioritizing work, estimating stories is a plus
