Join Accesa as a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring IAM systems align with business needs, security policies, and regulatory requirements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position demands deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and other IAM solutions in hybrid and cloud environments. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with various teams. The role requires significant experience in IAM engineering and a strong understanding of security concepts. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering, architecture, or security operations
- Expertise in Microsoft Identity & Access Management solutions, including Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of IAM security concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and IAM lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP
- Experience implementing IAM in cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of IAM compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, or Java for IAM automation and scripting
- Bachelorβs degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong English language skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions using Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and other identity management tools, ensuring they align with business needs and regulatory standards
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM-related incidents
- Monitor IAM systems for performance and security compliance
- Collaborate with various teams to align IAM solutions with business objectives
- Ensure IAM solutions align with Zero Trust and need to know principles
- Implement IAM security frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments
- Drive identity governance initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to more junior IAM engineers
- Conduct technical interviews
- Work closely with Chapter Stream Leads and Career Coaches
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and community events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, PingIdentity, Savyint
- Relevant M365 and IAM certifications
