Summary
Join Simeio as a Senior Identity Architect to lead the migration of 1,250 applications from IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) to Simeio. This role demands deep IAM expertise, including OIDC and SAML, and a strong architectural background. You will develop and drive the IAM architecture strategy, design and implement identity federation solutions, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a certified PingOne professional with extensive experience in IAM architecture and identity migration projects. This is a full-time, remote position based in the US or Canada.
Requirements
- Certified Professional - PingOne
- Extensive experience in IAM architecture and identity migration projects
- Strong expertise in OIDC, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and identity federation protocols
- Proven ability to design, document, and implement complex identity solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud identity platforms and authentication technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the IAM architecture strategy for migrating applications from ISAM to Simeio
- Design and implement identity federation solutions using OIDC and SAML
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of authentication and authorization services
- Establish best practices for identity security, authentication, and access management
- Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable, high-availability IAM solutions
- Utilize Simeio DaVinci (if applicable) for workflow orchestration and automation
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers and architects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Simeio DaVinci
- Knowledge of API security, zero trust architecture, and adaptive authentication
- Background in large-scale IAM transformations
