Summary
Join Experian Insurance Services as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor and contribute to our mission of simplifying the insurance process. This remote position requires building relationships with customers, guiding them through insurance comparisons, and exceeding sales targets. You will analyze customer needs, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain sales accuracy. The role demands strong communication and sales skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of auto and home insurance products. A P&C or Personal Lines license is mandatory. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience a plus
- A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. Must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license
- Experience talking with customers over the phone
- Experience working in similar call center environment
- You are technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment
- You will work at least one weekend day
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
- Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold
