Senior Integrator

Summary

Join Plusgrade as a System and Web Integrator to build exceptional products for airlines and travelers. You will connect Plusgrade's platform with airline and travel partners, customizing the platform based on their business rules. Responsibilities include integrating and maintaining user interfaces, creating email templates, and troubleshooting platform issues. You will also support and mentor team members and contribute to improving team efficiency. This role is based in Montreal and offers a flexible work environment.

Requirements

• Strong work experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• Expert knowledge interacting with databases using SQL
• Experience with JSON, XML and properties files
• A degree in Web Integration or related field, or possess equivalent work experience
• Who likes working with other people to find the right solutions to any problem
• Experience with TypeScript, Java, React and Node.JS
• Strong organization, communication and leadership skills
• The desire for investigation, quality and very strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Integrate our platform for our new and existing partners
• Customize our platform based on our partner business rules via system and database configurations
• Create email templates based on our partner design rules
• Integrate and maintain the user interface users use to submit offers, based on our partner design rules
• Integrate and maintain the user interface of the administration tool intended at our partner users, based on our partner design rules
• Support and mentoring other delivery team members
• Investigating and troubleshooting platform issues
• Actively involved in designing/creating new tools and processes to improve the teams efficiency
