Requirements

  • BS in related fields and 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, software development, or internal tooling within a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
  • Full-stack development expertise (JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS) with experience building and integrating internal tools
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL, and UI development (Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Apps Script for automating workflows and integrating with G Suite services
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines
  • Experience with SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP, CPQ, etc.) and API integrations between systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment while balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system improvements and process automation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain internal systems, integrations, and automations that support RevOps, SalesOps, Finance, Customer Success, and other departments
  • Develop custom scripts, software, APIs, and automation workflows to improve efficiency, enhance data visibility, and optimize internal processes
  • Define and maintain scalable data architectures, schemas, and pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence
  • Manage CRM, ERP, CPQ, and other operational tools, ensuring seamless integrations with key platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite, Gong, etc.)
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in internal workflows, implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Own end-to-end system implementation projects, from requirements gathering to development, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and other teams to understand business needs and implement scalable solutions
  • Ensure internal systems follow security best practices and comply with data privacy regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or with SalesOps/Finance-related system implementations
  • Hands-on experience integrating and managing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite, Gong, CPQ platforms
  • Strong background in building and managing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and real-time data synchronization
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools and custom workflow automation scripting
  • Previous exposure to security and compliance standards related to data governance, privacy, and enterprise SaaS environments
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug complex system integrations across multiple business tools
