Summary
Join Mitratech's global team as a Senior Invoicing Editor and contribute to our world-class products simplifying operations for legal, risk, compliance, and HR functions. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing, verifying, and formatting law firm invoices. You will also cross-train in other operational functions, assist with training, monitor production queues, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and enterprise investment, allowing for rapid growth and work with leading-edge technologies. Requirements
- Strong understanding of Quovant methodology
- Understanding of client-specific data entry requirements
- Strong typing, math, and 10 key skills
- Strong commitment to team success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office β Excel and Word and functions within, such as spell check, shortcuts, find/replace, and Macros
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented
- Must be able to work with intense focus and minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule
- High School Diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Review invoices and verify the image is accurate
- Edit and spell-check invoices to reflect the original submission
- Scan document requests, additional backup/receipts, and appeals when needed
- Prioritize workload according to Quovant methodology and client guidelines
- Process invoices within 1-2 business days of receipt
- Assist other data services personnel when needed
- Cross-trained in other job functions to help support team members within Operations when needed or as requested by the manager
- Maintain a strong understanding of Quovant services
- Training of staff on formatting
- Monitor production queues and re-distribute work as needed to ensure timely entry and processing
- Manage Projects, Proof of Concepts, Legal Audits, and Pilots: organize invoices, assign tasks (if needed), monitor progress, and notify management of completion
- Work with department manager to identify and troubleshoot issues and team errors
- Work with management to document and improve processes
