Senior IOS Engineer

Summary

In this remote role, you'll be responsible for expanding our user base by developing and implementing incentivized buyer growth strategies. You will focus on the entire user funnel, creating engaging experiences to attract and retain both buyers and sellers. Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• IOS expertise in creating fluid, responsive user interfaces
• Strong knowledge of Swift and adept at writing declarative code
• Excellent product instincts. You first think about users rather than the best technical solution
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing features. You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Expand our new user funnel across buyers and sellers to accelerate the rapid growth of our marketplace
• Develop opportunities to grow traffic across multiple channels
• Create delightful new user experiences to activate and retain buyers and sellers for the long term
• Build out our core Incentivized buyer growth strategy, including gamified incentives and offer experiences to continue to accelerate Whatnot’s rapid growth
• Significantly impact the company top-line metrics
• Prioritize the highest impact features and ship them quickly
• Research and find new opportunities to drive the product direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across the stack
• Experience building E-commerce products
