Summary

Requirements

  • 5 years experience as an IT support specialist or similar
  • LDAP, Active Directory, or Google Admin User Administration
  • Networking configuration, administration, and management
  • VPN administration
  • Scripting experience with Powershell, linux bash, Windows BAT
  • Windows and Linux systems administration
  • Server Patching & Hardware maintenance
  • Equipment tracking and asset management

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior technical staff and CISO to define and implement IT controls, software, and processes to meet cybersecurity requirements
  • Take technical ownership of internal networks and VPNs, defining network topology, domains, implementing and maintaining company network infrastructure, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Create and enforce policy documents around passwords, local computer management, mobile device management that support our various regulatory requirements
  • Patch employee computers and Radformation servers
  • Manage accounts and groups, and handle SSO integrations
  • Back up all Radformation systems and restore them when needed
  • Define, set up, and maintain server infrastructure and Network Attached Storage devices
  • Work with leadership on projects that grow or scale the business
  • Order and keep inventory of equipment purchases
  • Create accounts and manage accounts across all platforms
  • Work with staff members to set up new equipment during onboarding
  • Maintain remote boxes for testing and development
  • Assist team members in troubleshooting internal IT issues
  • Travel on-site as needed to support office and server operations and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Radiation Oncology
  • Cybersecurity experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Jira ticket Management
