Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience administering and managing MDM solutions for both Windows and macOS environments
• Proficient in using Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like Okta and Google Workspace
• Proven ability to automate complex and repetitive tasks using infrastructure as code and Google workspace Workflows, Bettercloud and other platforms
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Workspace environments, including user administration, security, and automation, to support organizational scalability and efficiency
• Knowledge of federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and the ability to implement federated identity solutions
• Knowledge of network infrastructure fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain network performance using advanced tools
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting DLP
• Experience configuring context aware access

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Identity Management architecture solutions that meet business needs and integrate with existing system architectures
• Manage SAML and OAuth integrations for single sign-on (SSO) capabilities across the organization
• Perform routine audits of systems and software, applying patches and updates as required
• Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, cisco devices and security protocols
• Manage Two Chairs’ domains and sub-domains in Cloudflare
• Manage, review and implement new DNS records in cloudflare
• Track third party who are sending emails to Two Chairs via DMARC management
• Act as point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting for Clinicians and HQ
• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions setup, and equipment provisioning/retrieval
• Manage company laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Administer user access to various tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Zoom, Slack, and other platforms. Ensure proper permissions are granted and updated as needed
• Work with compliance, security and legal to develop and monitor IT and information security policies and platforms to ensure compliance and data security
• Coordinate with external vendors for services like IT security, managed IT services, or other support as needed
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization
• Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of our IT tools and systems, making recommendations for enhancements when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP regulations
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Experience with scripting and automation: Python or Powershell and Terraform
